Course Description:

As companies and people adjust to working in a post-COVID world there will be an increasing emphasis on managing risk and compliance.This will apply to large and small companies alike, but SMEs have the greater challenge of fewer resources, time and people. One solution is to embed a simple yet effective process that everyone at all levels in the company can use that prompts actions, mitigations and improvements to keep the company compliant, its people, customers, suppliers and stakeholder safe. This 3-hour training workshop introduces a simple yet effective template based approach to risk and compliance management that will work across different companies and organisations, of different sizes and operating in different markets with different operating systems.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will learn to use an Excel® template that is modelled on an internationally proven and accepted approach to risk, compliance and opportunity management. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to use this approach in their own companies and also be able to share and coach others in its use. The training workshop is delivered through a series of group working exercises that ensure as much learning and insight as possible is passed to the participants.
