Examination
Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple-choice questions which measure comprehension of the body of knowledge. Certification confirms your commitment to Quality and the positive impact it can have on your Company.
Six Sigma Green Belt operates under the supervision of a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who handholds six sigma trainings followed by projects identification, analysis and execution.
Rigorous process will be followed for project approval and certifications.
Experience Required
Six Sigma Green Belts are employees who spend some of their time on process improvement teams. They analyse and solve quality problems, and are involved with Six Sigma, lean, or other quality improvement projects. The Six Sigma Green Belt certification requires three years of work experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.

Six Sigma Team Selection Procedure
Pre-requisite for selection:
Student Should be under the roles of the Organization / Institute .Initial screening and selection will be done by the core team. Student should undergo Interview with the organization core team and MBB. Final Selection will be done purely on performance and merit
Criteria for awarding Green Belt certification:
- Student should have minimum 80% attendance
- Student should have completed one project case study successfully
- Student should pass the Green Belt certification test successfully with more than 70% marks
